Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

ZAYVE reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.

📍 Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

ZAYVE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

📦 Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or an incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product for quick resolution.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

🔄 Lost Shipments

In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner.

Resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided after confirmation from the courier service.
