At ZAYVE, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product meets our quality standards before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Damaged product

Defective product

Incorrect item received

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns requested due to size issues, color preference, or change of mind will not be accepted.

🔁 Replacement

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.

If the product is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or store credit.

Replacement shipping will be handled by ZAYVE.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items returned without original tags or packaging

Orders placed under sale, discount, or promotional offers
